Our Experience

We have over 40 years of combined bike shop experience. Before there was suspension, disc brakes, 8 speed drivetrains, sealed bearings and carbon fiber, we were greasy with allen wrenches in-hand. We also had hammers, torches and smiles. We have a passion for learning matched only for our passion for riding.

Started as a suspension service company, we quickly realized the need to offer more services. After a year in the Annapolis area, TrailWerks Suspension Service decided to move into retail, offering pro-level mountain bike suspension service along with a full-service bike shop as TrailWerks Cyclery. We are a true full-service bicycle shop with a dedicated suspension service which caters to mountain bikers. Sure, suspension is most crucial on mountain bikes, but we take our professional, exacting standards and apply them to whatever our customers need as riders. We meet you where you are and help you get wherever you want to go. Whether you go to and from work or fly through the air racing downhill, we strive to be the best for our customers.
